App is terrible … have to fully type in credit info each time. Doesn’t recognize saved credit cards in your smart phone nor does it save credit card info in the app… Fairly irritating
This app is nearly worthless!

Even the letters of my review won’t show up to see what has been written! PLEASE Cinépolis, some another 20 cents to have an app the works!!!
Theatre cleaning - Needs Improvement

There has been a lapse in cleaning the theatre's.. I visit your Westlake Village location often with my son. The last few times we have notice food on (in in between) our seats. Also broken or bent tables.

Love the app but only reason I gave it a 4 is because when you buy the food ahead of time, the theater never gets it. Other than that it’s great!
Not worth loading.

Don't waste your time with this app it has been a problem since they first came out with it.

Easy to check out & book future dates. Also love that I can order the appetizer ahead of time!
