Pada saat melakukan booking melalui mtix, setelah memilih theatre,time, dan jumlah tiket. Pada saat memilih tempat duduk, hanya muncul tulisan CONTINUE, tanpa terlihat gambar kursi.

Kalau bisa di update dengan tampilan lebih baik dan sistem lebih baik. Beli tiket dapat melalui aplikasi akan lebih bagus.

According to the staff at Cinema XXI Plaza Indonesia this morning, the app can only be used between 7-11am for tickets for the same day. After which the purchase has to be at the counter. The staff also didn't know much about this app. Useless. Bad implementation. DELETED.

PIN tidak pernah dikirimkan, kredit 150rb hilang

Sudah bayar 150rb tetapi PIN aktivasi tidak pernah dikirimkan. Sudah telpon berkali-kali. Katanya akan di e-mail atau sms, sampai skrg tidak ada juga, sudah lebih dari 1 bulan. Kredit 150rb Yg telah dibayarkan tidak bisa dipakai dan tidak bisa mendapatkan refund. Untuk aplikasi yang seharusnya otomatis dan mempermudah membeli tiket sangat tidak efisien.
