Cant book online!!

Every time I try to schedule an appointment i go thru and select the service and the tech and the date and the time, then hit the schedule button at the end and it says online scheduling unavailable at this time. Try again later. Been like this for a week! But then at the start of the process it says online service IS available. Please fix!!
A nice app, but has some issues

A nice app to keep track of maintenance schedules, recalls, etc. Some details are lacking, however . When attempting to get instructions for Bluetooth pairing, the app asks questions about your vehicle and phone. However, the app doesn’t seem to know that Apple makes phones. What’s with that?

Beautiful car. Doesn’t look like everything else out there! Great, GREAT gas mileage with the V6. Supremely comfortable on trips. Best vehicle I’ve owned.

This app doesn’t sync with the information that’s online. I tried calling Chrysler and they couldn’t help. Useless app.

I have tried to sign up 2 times. Says it sent me an email so that I can complete my sign up. Never get the email. And yes I checked my junk mail as well nothing

Can’t save a maintenance record. The android app won’t even load. Thought the apple one would be better. WTH?
