Fun game, with the usual micro transactions.

Liquid Drizzle

Gameplay is simple enough with some fun enemy variety. You need energy to play each level which refills over a certain period of time. Then you have the "pay to win" option of buying the in game items. Overall fun game and so far I don't feel forced to buy anything.

The only problem, which could easily be fixed is that the character with a gun has the same attack range as the others with only their hands and feet for weapons.

The gameplay is very simple, but challenging, quick and addictive. Grinding later on is a pain, though, and the in-game currency you can buy through microtransactions doesn't give you much bang for the buck. Definitely worth a play, though.

UPDATED- Very fun but issues to work out

I have played this game for a good while so I thought I would share my insights and update the review I did a month ago. I am currently ranked 2nd for the story mode and 56th for the endless mode, so I have a good deal of experience with it. I have dropped my rating from 4 stars to 2 because Gosu has been unhelpful in support issues and refuses to give any indication that they are continuing to support the game with more content. It is an energy based game. Grinding out the normal difficulty for items isn't so bad but trying to progress on elite difficulty when you only get 3 chances per 2 hours is discouraging. The fact that the tokens for the endless mode are random is also discouraging. I prefer endless/survival modes to be the way to kill time or improve while waiting for energy to work on the campaign. In this current build you could have nothing to do for hours. Exploding graphics. While they are nice, they have cost me many deaths. The explosions are such that they block out parts of the screen, and a little swarmer will rush in and attack me with almost no visual queue that I should attack. Very frustrating. Leaderboard. While it is nice to know how I rank, I would like to see where my competition is. To rank us you obviously have the data of how we are doing, why not show us? Is #7 1 second faster than me or 10 minutes? Letting us see at least the 10-25 people around us should encourage people and help determine where to spend our energy. All in all a good and addictive game. They have already planned out 3 more areas and I would guess 3 more heroes. I'm looking forward to some events or something to liven it up because grinding against people who have hacked the game is a waste of time (how is a score of 52,000 in the top 1% and the top scores for the first three endless stages are in the 2,000,000,000+ range?)

This game is amazing, phenomenal, and just plain hardcore, kickbutt, awesome! One tiny, minuscule, itty bitty little thing, IT CRASHES EVERY FLIPPING 2 SECONDS!!! I get into it, wait for it to load, and start playing... I get comfortable with how great it's doing and BAM. Crashes. The gaming experience is all those things at the beginning, only that it crashes... A lot. Thank you for reading this, I hope you can fix the crashing bug, or stabilize the gameplay rendering or something, because I am addicted to it and it would really help if you fixed the crashes.
