Chromecast like most google products is crap. Spent money on device and can’t cast pics to my TV. Every time I start showing photos it closes down and won’t restart. Garbage!!
Files are not casting to devices. Some do, do some don’t.

Trying to see all my pictures on different devices, but a lots of them are blank. iPhone showing a good connection, however, screen is dark. I have 2 devices connected to 2 TvOS.

My chromecast gets slow reception in my office. If I give 5 star I get premium free for a month. Thus the 5 stars

Concept: A+ Though I love the concept of Chromecast, I find it technologically confusing at times. Sometimes it connects, sometimes it doesn’t. Have to reset it a lot.
