What happened?!?

I was loving this game and now it doesn’t work at all and hasn’t for several days. The opening screen comes on when I hit the app and then it takes me right back to my home screen.

I love this game.. I’ve been playing it for a few months now. All of a sudden lately maybe 2x-3x a week I have unload the game and then re- download because it freezes up on me and I can’t do anything. I just wish it would stop freezing up on me. I don’t know how many more times I'm going to delete the game and then re-download it. I’m getting reallly frustrated! Jen
Game hangs often

I have been having problems both on iPad and iPhone with this app. At least once per day it hangs - will not let me make any moves. Also, multiple times a day the app exits - either right before or right after the ads. My other peeve is that you do not get any stars when you play one of the challenges - like rudolf, bubbles, etc. I like to play them because I can go on to the more challenging levels. I didn’t realize until recently that there were no added stars.

I play Christmas Sweeper 3 for way too many hours. Love the extra side games. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because is often freezes up and you have to wait for the game to correct itself, sometimes for several hours.

My wife and I love this game. The levels are hard but still beatable with patience. I’m sorry that some people are mad at the game because they can’t seem to win. We love the game. The only issue we are currently having is that the game will not allow purchases. Keeps saying there is an issue and to try later.
