Great game but no family share

I loved the game so bought it to remove ads. It only remove ads on the device you purchase app but not on family share devices even though app description clearly states up to six users on family share. Numerous attempts with customer support says not family share but Facebook and you must purchase app on each device to remove ads. Won’t buy any more games from this vendor.

I am happy playing a game like this that is challenging but still makes moving up levels possible before I get completely stressed out. Relieve stress; not create stress is what I want in a game app.
BUG

On level 20 I put a bomb and a color thing together and things started blowing up and in the lower right corner it just kept blowing up. I have an image but the ratings system won't let me post it so I will email it to your tech support if it's listed in your app. When I finally stopped it I had thousands of items and over a million points.

You get 8 bombs for $2 or 3 star bombs for $2. If you need bonus help warm up your credit card because it’s going to cost you some serious money. Your options are $2, $5, $10, $20, $40 and you don’t get much

Worst app ever ongoing blinking never ending ads. Received a response from app developer. Completely worthless. They don't see the ads. Want a screenshot. Dumb as bricks.
