Loved it until it stopped working

Songs are classic and animation very whimsical. My kids loved it until it stopped working altogether. It closed immediately after we tried to load it. I hope someone respond to my email, otherwise, I want my money back.

My daughter loves this, mostly Jingle Bells. She is seven and autistic. I do not love how there seems to be no way out of the credits once you start them, or how it gets frozen at times, or how picking songs is not intuitive. But her loving it is more important!

This app is truly beautiful in how it is presented and how it is sung. In fact, my most favorite song of theirs is the one where Santa and Rudolph are flying in some flying machine through a foggy snowy city. In fact, this song is SO beautiful, somebody should put it in a movie lol (I'm being serious! it's that great!)
