I thought this countdown to Christmas app looked so fun! But it will NOT download as a wallpaper on my new iPhone sx max! I’ve sent two letters to support for help but have zero reply! I even bought the $1.99 upgrade to see if that helped! I just wasted my money! Please help!

I sent it to myself to see the interactive greeting and there was no interactive special effects even after tapping on the picture. I sent it to everyone before I tested it and it looks like a sketchy still picture :(
