This app is great ;) it's awsome for learning cords and getting ready for learning guitar. I'm getting ready to start playing and I already know the fingering and chords. Thank you ;) It would be great if you could add a little something else , I'm not sure what but its missing something.

App is falsely advertised as free! Bait & Switch!! You get one free lesson - it took me 15 minutes to get through it, but to move to the next round would cost $7.99!! I really like that first lesson - I was smiling the whole time, would've given 5 stars and and I *might* have purchased additional materials down the line, but not after being mislead w/a bait and switch - LAME & UNDERHANDED.

You can only learn a few lessons then you get to the actually songs and its states it's $7.99 so not worth it.. I've seen better apps then this cost less.and not state anything until you pass the first level.. Disappointment .

I love this application. Well worth the money. Here's a small wish list: 1. An option to turn off finger positions for the chords. 2. Would be nice to have a strumming indicator near the bottom so that we could also learn how it's being strummed. 3. More songs! Keep up the good work.

My new year resolution: Master the guitar... Something I sadly ditched in my childhood thanks to an inept teacher. I use this app to rapidly practice chord finger placements on an iPhone 6 where the size of the fretboard is somewhat similar to the size of the screen. The various songs provide ample practice for chord transitions without having to use the strum hand... And a kick out of having managed to play with songs you actually like. Strumming needs a whole different type of practice on the real instrument anyways but it would be nice to have a practice zone or tutorial for that too. I also travel a lot so having these chords to practice on the phone an at airport or in a 4hr train ride really passes the time... And gets some interesting conversations going. Would like to have more songs to download and the ability to program chords from a different notation or tab sheet into the app for practice.

I have been playing REAL guitar for 37 years and this app is absolutely dangerous! Never once in all my years of touring and recording have I ever experienced any sort of pain in my left fretting hand. After 5 minutes with this app I have a shooting pain in my left hand. This app is very badly designed and those responsible for making it should have some liability for any medical procedures that are incurred. Take it from me....get a real guitar and learn the proper way. There is no substitute for the real thing. Especially an app like this!!!!

I thought this would be fun to use when I didn't have my guitar with me. But the shape of the phone just doesn't allow for things like this and your fingers slip everywhere. Someone would not be able to learn guitar from this. And I was hoping that it wouldn't make you 'unlock' chords to play things. But it doesn't work anyway so..
