Searching for women on Chispa is flawed. Based on your search preferences and distance preferred, you will be shown women in that distance first. After you’ve gone through those women in your area, it only displays women 100+ miles away from you. I’d rather not be shown women out of this preferred range I have set, and instead wait for more women to be in the area or for them to create an account. I am an elite member and still this process is still underwhelming. I live in Orlando FL, plenty of latinas in my area, not going out of state no matter how hot or interested she is.

If I’m paying for a service I would think my settings would be followed. Why would I want to connect to someone that is 1,000 miles away. I only want to see people around a certain distance. Super disappointed!!!!

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!! This would be 5 stars but you guys need to fix your location preferences everything is great and simple to use! I keep getting people 100+ miles away from me like I want to meet people no farther than 20miles and I even set it and it’s still showing me others from where I want it. Please fix this and I’ll fix my review also lots of fake profiles!!! Like the app is super easy to use but this all needs to be addressed. So for new people don’t waist your money even if you sss 100+ people liking your profile it’s either fake! Or they are 100 miles away

En un mundo donde existen miles de paginas cómo estás , no veo justo que prácticamente te “obliguen” a que tengas que comprar la membresía para poder por ejemplo mandar mensajes o ver quien te escribe , aparte que nos toca ver las publicidades por las que ustedes generan ganancias . Por favor señores deberían recomponer eso y brindar mejores opciones.. gracias

The probability of you getting matched with your “people who like you” are slim to none. I have 9+ people to match with and i swipe right on everybody lol. But it’s been 3 days since i had the app and i get limited fairly quickly compared to tinder and bumble. Maybe they just boost those numbers to get people to pay for elite or whatever but I’ll pass ive had better luck on other apps without paying for premiums and stuff like that great concept but they need to fix their programming or be more honest. Also the people you see aren’t from your area so if you’re willing to drive 150+ miles to meet someone i tweaked with the preferences but its almost impossible to match with someone locally. This app has potential but the bugs make it terrible.

Ever since I downloaded the app, I’ve been running into dudes who really wanna waste my time. I’m not looking for h00k-ups and they still lead me on & lie to me. I’m very blunt on what I was looking for & they seem to lie & lead me on just for sex & trust & believe your man is on this app as well. Idk if it’s bc I met them on chispa or it is just me but I wouldn’t recommend chispa bc of the PEOPLE on it ! If you want hook-ups than yea but I just mostly text people now. I was kinda foolish for thinking I could find a lil-boo. I was new to the city & wanted somebody to talk to .

Hello , I am trying to reach customer support but no one answers . I want to delete my chispa account but I can’t . It says I still have an active account and to check my membership before deleting but I have no subscription on . I cancelled it . Help me please lol
