Movies won’t work

The app looks great and the free movie worked at first. I paid for all of them and nothing will work. No idea how to contact anyone about it, so I’m hoping my review may help get me in touch with someone.
Crashes after purchase?

I purchased all titles, but whenever I click on the text Kinderbibel in my Bibliothek library the app crashes to the home screen. Please help!!

It needs serious update. Has a good concept, it would be nice to have stuff for free since is the word of Hod and get paid with ads. Probably would do better that way. Bout to delete if it crashes on everything.

When I got on there it said I had to buy everything but I didn’t want to so when I wanted play the video it kept saying” are you sure you want to purchase this

I used this app with my son several years ago and it was great. Now it doesn’t work. Please fix it.
Was great for developing my little child’s Bible knowledge.

My kids have loved these stories, but the videos no longer play on my iPhone after the last update. It just remains on a blank black screen for each video.

Doesn’t work. I tap to open the app and I see a pic of Jesus and kids, but then...NOTHING. nothing at all. Can’t tap, swipe, move to a menu...nothing. Totally useless.

I downloaded app and picked my language and now it won’t do anything. Very sad that it won’t work.
