Downloaded the app in hopes of tracking my case but it fails to even load properly. Received multiple notifications that my pin was incorrect so I requested a new pin and that didn’t work. Waste of time. This has been a issue for over a year now.
Very frustrating that I am trying to log into the app and it keeps locking me out, stating that my password is incorrect. Deleted and Downloaded the app three times and still locks me out after I go through the process. The worst app I have ever dealt with.
Its crazy that the last time this app was modified was 2 yrs ago smh. Thats probably why its really hard to get into my case info. I had to reset my my pin to many times and still can’t get in. You can’t talk to customers service the website doesn’t give you any info and the app is terrible.
Just read the subject. It doesn’t work to allow me to log in. What’s the point.
FIX THIS APP!! I am having to reregister EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a notification for a status update or a message because the app EVER recognizes my PIN. This is BEYOND frustrating! Please please PLEASE fix this!!
Idk if this will work for anyone else but give it a shot!..like everyone else it kept giving me the error that my PIN wasn’t valid. I reset it multiple times and still no luck. My final attempt I finally got it to let me in! I did the “forgot pin” so it sent me an email to create a new one. I used a generic “1234” pin and IT WORKED!!! Hope this works for you too :)
I sent 2 emails 1 week apart several weeks ago and still haven’t received a response. Also, was supposed to move to next step 2 days ago and hasn’t updated. Waste of memory on your phone and waste of high hopes for help.
Unable to log in. Always says my password is incorrect. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, changed my password and still not working.
