Needs Improvement

Easy sign-in using Twitter not working on this version. Can’t get enough permission on Twitter App. Try to remove the easy sign-in using Social Media from Chikka’s Feature List if one of them didn’t work at all. Service is good but App itself needs a lot of improvement.

Why the heck do I receive messages but they never show up? If I am Lucky I can read them in the quick PPP up screen but never in the actual app. This is ridiculous

I've been using chikka since the late 2000s. It has heavily degraded as the years passed. At the present day, NONE of my sent messages are received by the recipient. I have been sending messages for the past week now, and ABSOLUTELY NONE of the messages went through. I haven't hanged the numbers of the recipients so it is definitely not the issue. It has been the same contacts since the late 2000s. Chikka team, you need to step up your game as a business if you want to be taken seriously. The only reason you still exist is because there is no other application/service that provides the same service as you do. The day will come where another app will exist, and you will finally be out of business. Just look at how low your ratings are now in the App Store.

Can't read the replies.. No text messages in the inbox , no history that u can review, new numbers won't log in , and friends paid 2.50 for it. No good! Pls fix the bugs! I am very disappointed . No good. It eats up money overseas .

I just installed this app then when I was about to use it, it will just close automatically.. It was not like this before can you please fix this!!!

The people behind this app should be sued. The app does not work. People from the Philippines would be charged a fee for texting and the recepients in the US or other countries cannot read their messages.
