Buyer beware

keziade

Make sure you are purchasing the correct bike... manual vs ebike. They all look like e bikes until you try to ride it. App looses connection often and you aren’t able to contact anyone at the help center.

WASTE OF TIME!

Mugz37

It’s amazing how this app DOESN’T work. Constantly crashes, can’t adjust settings, support tab always gives you an error. Why did they even bother to make this? Just to piss people off. Absolutely with out a doubt the worst most non-functional app I’ve ever used in my life. I would give it 0 or even negative stars if I could. Don’t even bother trying to download this. Total crap!

SCAM.

Do not download. It’ll charge you automatically .99 when you chose to “hide the ads”. Do not download.

Doesn’t work

Hammo1dd

When I try to unlock a bike it just says “We apologize, something went wrong. Please try again.”

Lacks disclosure of fee for AD free option

1Flatlander

BEWARE...App doesn’t disclose a service fee will be charged until AFTER selecting disabling the feature. Maze of invalid processes or urls exists when attempting to contact Apple or vendor support requesting assistance.

bilancio

Doesn’t work. Says “locating” the entire time and never loads anything.

Shows nothing today. Also thanks to divvy, 10 pm and nowhere you can park in Lakeview

New version of app has a big BUG

alysakow

Just downloaded the new version of this app. The big ? BUG is that if you press "Divvy Bike" to try to sign in, there's a banner across the top that says "Done", which blocks the 3-bar icon that allows you to login. So you can't get to the login page. Duh. Plus it was too difficult to find where the login page is to begin with and live phone support was not familiar with the app. She suggested I go to the Apple Store for help!

Terrible

Horrendous customer "service." Clearly a racist receptionist.
