Where are the players?

I've tried to play on this app, but the players never show up. I use "Social Chess" app which I find has a greater variety of players.

Outstanding chess platform, players from all different levels, easy to use interface, good board and pieces to use on a cell phone. Superior to others that I have tried.

I don't like the fact that if someone asks to play a game and you don't respond, it's counted as a loss. Even if you never made a move.
Update Needed

It's been over a year since the last update. In the next release, I would love to see customizable boards and pieces (wood, marble, glass, etc.). Other online Chess apps offer this. Also, winners of games gaining 25+ Elo points can win nicer piece sets.
