ChemSpider

ChemSpider Mobile allows you to search the ChemSpider chemical database, provided by the Royal Society of Chemistry. Compounds can be searched by structure or by name, and browsed within the app. Results can be examined by jumping to the web page. Search structures are drawn using the powerful MMDS molecular diagram editor.

Doesn't do anything. Might as well just use the website. You search for something and it just gives you the structure.

Used to be great, but now it crashes and the search doesn't work

This app was wonderful for looking up molecules by shape or creating molecules and seeing if they were real, but ever since I got an iPhone 5s with ios7, the app crashes in the molecule editor whenever I double tap an atom to change the element. The search itself also no longer works and always gives me an "Error code 3 ... unrecognized leading character" or it just says <null> rather than give any me results. I would really appreciate it if these issues were fixed. This used to be one of my favorite apps before it stopped working properly.
