Spent two days researching and creating a deck and lost them all when I tried to save them. The offline use of this app is extremely buggy. Will not use again and I’m searching for a new solution.

I was forced to switch from the Flashcards app to Prep and lost most of my custom cards. I had a deck entitled “Words,” which contained around 330 definitions of interesting words I’d come across over the years. Any time I read or heard a new word, I’d look it up and manually add it to the list. These words were awesome and have contributed to increasing my vocabulary greatly. When I moved to Chegg Prep, only 98 words remained. I tried to chat on the Chegg website with a Chegg Support agent and it was absolutely worthless. I had to keep repeating myself and they didn’t seem to understand the problem. This is a big disappointment, as I spent years collecting those words and would quiz myself on them regularly.

I've never been a fan of flash cards, but this site has changed my mind! My wife and I each have three tests coming up. All of which will be needed, to be taken at the same time. My wife set up the cards for all three tests and we're learning the info. Since we're both taking the test and are 58 years old, having to learn and memorize all the information is a challenge. I highly recommend CHEGG Prep!!?

Lost all my old Flashcards when they switched to cheg prep from chegg flashcard + . 3 years of cards are gone. Use quizlet.

I had Flashcards that I used that was switched to Chegg. I put in a lot of research and time writing affirmations and motivational Scripture quotes directly into the app. When I contacted support for them to restore them, they said they couldn’t. No apology, no reassurance they tried, no recourse to senior tech support, just a repeated scripted response, so I must not be the only one. I am deleting the app to not get burned again.

It’s unfortunate to see Chegg Prep has purchased so many 5-star reviews. I hope the true users voices aren’t stifled for potential new users. This platform is a disaster. It took over for Study Blue, and flashcards now disappear, study materials become inaccessible, and it’s an all-around bad experience.

Solid app, I just have a slight issue when practicing decks using the multiple choice function- if multiple flash cards have the same answer there is no way to tell between them. (At least not that I can see)

I went through all the 1050 questions but at the end no score or correct scoring info. Horrible!

Cannot organize decks into categories, very frustrating trying to find the right decks. I simply cannot fathom why this feature would not exist, it really makes no sense.
