I use to love this game and play it all the time up until my old phone crashed and I had to get a new phone. I had an android and switched to an iPhone When u downloaded it too my new phone I had to restart all over again. Which means I lost all the coins, diamonds and level l was at. Plus I lost all the money l had just put into the game. So frustrating that u can’t just sign in and start where u left off with all the stuff u had. 2nd time it is happened.

Don’t bother unless u r prepared to spend real money to buy gems. I’m level 17. I can’t upgrade anything!! U need gems for everything! As I level a LOT of items in the shop unlock, however majority of it u need gems. The decorations area, most r for gems, not coins u earn. Anything that is pretty u need gems… tables, chairs, walls, floors.. it’s absolutely nuts and very ignorant. I figured out how much it would be just for one decoration, approximately $5 - $10 real money. Now, I’m sorry, these are graphics, I’m not willing to spend that much money on an item. Also, nothing can upgrade without gems! Especially food dishes, it’s crazy, they want a LOT of gems to upgrade dishes and levels. We don’t earn them, there are no videos to earn them. I installed and played some fashion game to get to level 2 for a lousy 5 gems. I’m level 3. I wrote developer within game. They asked for a screenshot. No problem, excep when I chose the screenshot there was no way for me to send it. I immediately turned around and wrote them again about this, and in turn asked if I could send it via email. They never replied back. I’m 51 yrs old, I don’t lie and why would anyone for a lousy game credit of 5 gems. Now mind u these r free from playing anyway, I’m level 3. This game r graphics, yes they put effort into making the game. I’m aware of game coding for these apps, it doesn’t take much, especially to maintain a game app. The amount of gems needed need to be dropped drastically and many items shouldn’t even cost gems. If u don’t believe me, just add the app, open n play it. Don’t forget, I warned u.

Horrible customer service

Upgraded to a new phone and you are unable to restore a game to a new device. Lost years of playing and I had all of ovens. Even spent money on gems. Contacted customer service and they said to send them the receipts and they could do something. Sent the receipts several times and they claimed they never got the emails. Worst customer service ever! If I could give zero stars I would. Transferring game data is something that isn’t new. Don’t play this game unless you never will upgrade your phone.

This game is so fun when I’m stuck in my house all day! So addictive I’m on this game for at least 6 hours a day when I’m playing time flies by I even play on it when I’m supposed to be getting food!
