I made a purchase and on the next day I got an email saying that my photos would be returning to the company and after that I never got an explanation why. I tried contacting them by email, Facebook, Instagram and even “customer service” if you can call it that. The only answer I got was a message in FRENCH that I translated and they basically asked me to not send more than one email and just wait for my order to be reviewed. Terrible service and poor customer care. Never got a refund or my photos. This is honestly a joke.

Get all your info, and your data as you have to download the app to use. App is easy enough to use with some minor objections about individuality in editing, but better than its competition with a bit more attention to developing they may have hit the nail on the head. Then they charge you ten bucks for shipping with the promise of use of a promo code... sure you can use the promo code but it’s worth exactly £0.00, $0.00, etc etc. so they’ve got everything they need and you’ve got stiffed with the bill just like on a bad first date. I despise dishonest companies and this is another one. Save your time and use Shutterfly, their promos actually work first time user or non. In the end your so invested after 20 plus minutes of placement you end up buying the time you ended up losing!!!. Save your time and your info. I’ll be deleting this app once I get my tricky purchase. Thank goodness for PayPal.

The idea is great but that’s about it. As you download the app and open it for the first time you get a promocode but it’s gone before you even have time to acknowledge the offer. It won’t come back. Also, if your photo doesn’t look good on the magnet and you want to after you’re in the process of adding text to the photos, you can’t.

I don’t often leave reviews but I am extremely impressed with this app. Easy to use, great customer service and support, delivery was quick, and the quality of the magnets were fantastic. I will definitely be ordering more magnets in the future.

This app is so bad. I had a promo code from a separate purchase and it would have only cost me £2. It didn’t ask for my address, sent it to my old address in America and cost me £9 without me even knowing until I checked my bank statement. also I tried to print something off and it kept saying I could print photos off because they would become pixilated even though they clearly wouldn’t. It’s so bad I do NOT recommend

...how do you expect me to create a photo album, which can contain over 450 photos, if the app crashes after I select 366? I’m using an iPhone 6 Plus btw.

on the terms and conditions it says: Products available on the website can be delivered in France or any country in the European Union. Shipping cost will be précised at the moment of ordering and depend on the products ordered and the country of destination. well, i tried to order from Croatia (EU country since 2013) and it says : we do not deliver!!! and that after i downloaded the app and ordered the album and magnets.... Please check your app !!!
