Takes forever to save

The coupons hardly roatate, very limited selections, and a lot of stuff that I don’t purchase. Even if I did purchase it the item stays leaving it to say 0 times to able to use it. Why leave it there. Don’t see how people save a lot of $ using this app unless they are just buying things in the app just because.

Love this app! Easy to use and rack up savings. Just get in the habit to scan your receipts every visit. You be surprised how much bonus money you get.
Terrible customer service

You can get credit for gas purchases but don’t bother. You are notified when you receipt is processed like you are for the grocery receipts. I submitted a receipt but wasn’t notified that there was an issue. After I initiated contact I was told my receipt submission was incomplete. I resubmitted it and was finally emailed that it would be processed. I still don’t know exactly how much I was credited despite a half of dozen emails. Customer service is horrendous with their response time . It wouldn’t be so bad if they responded accurately.
Not many grocery offers.
Fetch is Best
Not enough offers to make it worth my time. The good offers expire quickly and you may not get credit for buying an item. Not enough offers, & if you check an offer they delete it every Thursday, so if it’s still available, you have to go back and recheck it again. Any item offers have long gone, & and I may never be able to cash out and delete the app. I can’t wait to hit $20 and delete the app.
Constantly reject receipts

They will process the wrong receipts on the wrong items all the time, and reject items for any reason they can come up with. They have EXTREMELY strict rules on how the receipt should look and do reject 9/10 receipts uploaded. Its impossible to make any money on this app. I suggest fetch and receipt hog instead. Those actually perform
Useful app when it works

It’s worked for me many times, but for some reason the app keeps crashing every time I open the app. I’ve even turned off and on my iPhone X and it still does it. I hope this gets fixed so that I can give it five stars.
