Giant ad at the bottom

I thought this app looked perfect for what I needed, but what the screenshots fail to show you is the giant add that takes up about 2/3 of the screen. That is until you get enough checklists to bump it down. Would have rated higher if there wasn't such a shameless plug for other apps in this app.

Great idea, but beyond frustrating... Large 3/4 page add written into the program. Not a banner at the bottom or top of page, this is a large link to their website on every page of this program!!! When veiwing lists, you see this link, when adding to lists, you see this link and they have also written into the program, color bars at the top of the program that, yup, links to their apps!!! Was excited to get the iPad version... But not now. Does this really matter to them, probably not... Please vote with your wallet.
All checklists disappeared

My 10 year old son was playing with my iPhone and next day I could not find a single checklist. I am not sure if it was him or how did he manage to delete all 15 checklist. Most important, how can I retrieve them?

Checklist is simple to use and effective. It does one thing well and that's exactly what I like about it. It is a marvel of simplicity when so many apps try to be Swiss Army Knives with a million tools. Get it!
