I. ID card Creation

III. Use for check-in and check-out
- People can come and scan the card at the back of the scannable ID card. You can click "Done" to check in/out. You may also set up in the setting so that it can take the person's signature as well.
- All check-in, check-out time is saved in database which can be used to generate any report by date.

- Generate report by Date
- Generate report with signature (PDF)
- Send all reports to Excel format (.csv)
V. Optional fields for Schools
- Some fields are specifically designed for schools such as Grade, Bus Route, Teacher Name, Parents Name and Contact, Approved Name List for pickup.
- After scan the ID, the student information will bring up, so you can see the students picture and the approved name list to make sure you have the right person. You might also ask the person to sign in/out with signatures.
- Everything is done without paper.
Requirement:
Internet is required for any barcode creation. Therefore, if you don't have internet, you may create ID card without scannable barcode. The user ID and name is sent to our server to generate the QR code. We choose QR code because QR code can provide more information than any regular barcode.
You don't need internet for Checkin and Checkout action.
Only one entry for each user in one day. For example, if you already check in today, you can not check-in again. it does make sense.
WARNING: To edit field, you must click "Done" on the keyboard to save that field and make sure you save the ID as well. Any printing and send mail function will save the ID to the database.

I just purchased this app looking for a check in system for our youth group, and created a contact to try and check in, every time my iPhone 4 scans it responds with "Invalid Card". Tried multiple card layouts even new card creations. Also would not work with iPad 1. I would love to be able to use this but there needs to be a few changes like, customizable Card Info fields, working scanner. I am hoping that this is just because i am on iOS 5 beta 5. There are definitely great possibilities with this app as soon as they fix or update some issues. Please… if not i wasted 5 bucks. Can't wait to hear back!!! If this is just an iOS 5 issue please let me know and i will have to wait i am on an official release not jailbroken so if you need beta testers for iOS5 please let me know.. i want to use this app tomorrow for our service and can't yet...

Bought this for youth group and children's church check in. I do wish it had a option to print on 4x6 since my printer won't accept 3x5 and it would be great if the barcode printed on the card itself instead of another but it did work just had to do editing for every card to adjust size and had to tape barcode to the back of the cards

This is a fantastic application to report time, check in and outs. It is very easy to use and really speeds up our check out system for students. I highly recommend this application to schools, businesses, or anyone who needs a time stamped method for reporting. I love the key card feature with scan code, this makes it more secure and quicker to get in and out. The developer was very easy to work with and welcomed modifications and suggestions openly. I like the concept of it and would give this app more stars but can't get it to work. Email function doesn't send me the I'd. Also it needs a password or pin so that not everyone can access the info. Looking forward to an improved version.

It crashes. It's difficult to navigate. Manual check in doesn't allow for signatures, (come on… you know that 50% of the parents are going to lose/forget those cards). There needs to be a quick link to manual check in. However, there is nothing in the app store that compares… please make it work better, this is really needed. Thanks

Unattractive GUI. Single field for name. Field labels (Student, Teacher, Bus Route…) cannot be edited. Limits app to narrow niche market (field trips, classroom roll call).

Great app for Pool Check in and check out

Our community pool has been using this app for three years. And we absolutely love it. We use it to track the coming and going's of our members. This app allows us to print out membership cards which can be scanned when members enter and leave the pool. The camera on the iOS device easily scans the barcode on the membership card. About half of our members opt for the passbook option so that they don't have to carry their membership cards around. The only down side of this app is that there is no easy way to import our members into the app. I had to manually add > 300 members. If it had a way to import csv file then it would be great!!!!
