Please note, in this time of unusual demand we’ve implemented some temporary changes to try and provide the best service possible:
1.) All Sixty60 orders now qualify for same-day delivery. This means we’ll get your order to you by 6pm the same day you place it.
2.) Please ignore your delivery time slot displayed at the top of the screen and your ETA on the “Track My Order” screen.
3.) Orders are limited to a maximum of 30 items.
4.) Individual products are limited to 3 per person.

You guys took my money but never delivered the goods. This was my first time using the app. The order was first delayed by an hour and then never delivered. This is a terrible first experience with the app.

To be honest, I wasn’t sure this was going to work. It just seemed unlikely but I’m so glad to be wrong! Got all my Christmas grocery shopping done and delivered in one go - convenient and a great overall experience. Friendly delivery guy too to boot. The app itself is a little buggy, make sure to make an account first otherwise the cart clears should you leave the app but otherwise works well. Also a filter for the categories would be awesome. Thanks Checkers

Started using this app since the lockdown, and it is leagues ahead of other grocery delivery options. It’s a bit slow/buggy in the early morning when it’s probably being overloaded, but works smoothly later in the day. Really great experience, honestly. I love how you can see how items are being shopped/substituted in real time.

Let’s start with the good. This is a brilliant idea & the app is well designed and easy to use. BUT it falls flat when more than half of your order (regularly) isn’t available & it only tells you after checkout (by auto cancelling). Bottom line is you need to go out anyway to get the rest of the stuff making the service redundant.

Spent hours choosing products, then tried to check out but app crashed and didn’t save my shopping cart. Please you really need to improve your app to either automatically save your cart or at least give you the option to manually save it. So, hours wasted, unwilling right now to try it again
