It always tells me there is no word for it even when I put in the right letters and the correct amount it will still tell me no

this is a terrible app sorry to the people that made the app but fix it it seems to not have any words.

I uploaded a picture and it said it couldn't find any words. So I put in the number of letters and it still said it couldn't find any words. Waste of an ap!

It works great and always has an answer (that's right) i kind of feel bad i didn't figure the puzzle out myself though, lol ?
