Purchased the unlimited keys and it never took effect. Tried the restore purchase and even deleting and redownloading. I even contacted support over a week ago and nothing. I will be reporting to Apple since my money is gone and the app isn’t working

I paid for unlimited and had to uninstall and reinstall to fix an issue and now it will not restore purchase. Just says unable to process, but of course it will process if I repurchase. All this developer is doing is trying to get me to pay again for something I already paid for.
