Not enough opportunity to get free keys

Just downloaded today. Worked maybe 4 or 5 times, but as soon as I used all my keys, an error message started popping up. Now that’s all I get! So is there supposed to be some point to these keys? Are we expected to buy something once they’re all used? No thanks! I’ll pass! Do Not Recommend! Wish I could give zero stars or a huge thumbs down!

I don't use this app very often, only when I'm completely confused or stuck and have exhausted other sources of help. When I do use it I've noticed 2 major issues. I also have a suggestion/idea! 1) 6 times out of 10 the top word it gives me is not the best word in the game. Sometimes it's not even close. I remember one game where the best word (that I eventually found after trying for a very long time) was about 20 or so points more than the best word the app gave me. Please fix this! 2) Sometimes the best word it gives me ends up being an invalid word in the game. I'm not sure if your dictionary is wrong, theirs is, or what. Granted, I know wwf is working on expanding their dictionary, so eventually they might accept some of the words, but for now it's very annoying to try a word just to see that it's invalid. Here's my suggestion: Sometimes the top words you guys give me are words that I don't want to play, maybe because it doesn't use a letter I'm trying to use (for example there is currently no two letter word that has a C in it and so as the game reaches the last few moves I'd want to get rid of it), or might give my opponent access to a high value tile like a TL or TW. Below are my two ideas that I think would be very cool and very helpful to add, the first for the tile warning and the second for a specific letter (or other filter): 1) Maybe add warnings for words when you display the results (so we don't have to press on the word to see the board placement) if it could give your opponent access to a TW or something. Something like: "Something. 36pts but is next to a TW." 2) As for the filtering results thing, if it's possible, maybe after displaying the results add an option to filter the results and have one of the filter options be to choose specific letters that the word must use, and then display the top word that uses that letter. You could also incorporate other filters, like maybe board placement location (somewhere away from a TW, for example :), word length, etc. I know some users might find this could take too long to do, but I think if it was an option a lot of people would still utilize it and find it very helpful!
