Booked a flight, confirmation page popped up quickly and then disappeared. I never received confirmation email, and there was no way to go back and see what I had just booked. Had to call both airlines and wait on hold for over an hour just to retrieve booking numbers. Also, this app asks you to select a prefix (Mr./Mrs.) which got entered onto my ticket as part of my first name. This is a hassle to change for my international flights. THIS APP ISN'T WORTH THE STRESS OR HASSLE!

Me engañaron al hacer la reserva la hice con un vuelo Miami Bogotá Cartagena y cuando termine de hacer el pago me dieron un vuelo directo a Cartagena eso no es lo que yo quiero or favor necesito contactarme con ustedes en español I feel cheated when making the reservation I did it with a flight Miami Bogotá Cartagena and when I finished making the payment they gave me a direct flight to Cartagena that is not what I want or please I need to contact you in Spanish

I booked my flight then received an email stating it was unable to confirm so I contacted them to receive a refund. I was told since it was pending it’ll bounce right back to my bank account but instead the payment processed any way. The people who answer the phone seem very suspicious and unprofessional as well. I should’ve just stood with the usual which is just using JetBlue. You get what you pay for guys.

First time booking a roundtrip international flight from Cebu, Philippines to St.Louis, Missouri, USA on CheapFlights, I was shocked as to the low price ticket they had found me, which was just under $600.US dollars. Yes, one segment in my return had a 9 hour layover in China, except for that it was a normal 2 stop flight reservation of total time of 25-30 hours, start to finish.

I loveeeeee this app!!! But it takes way too long to load. Pls fix it, it is only this one app that lags.

They claim to have last minute deals and cheap flights. The flights and fares are the same as the website for any airline. I saw no benefit here.

Awful awful awful customer service. Transferred 5-6 times, put on hold without notice. Could not find department that was necessary to VERIFY my payment, even though they requested it!!!!!
