Wow this app has a lot of potential to beat every app out there. Me and my husband booked our flights and hotel to Thailand it was so easy. We found the best price. I hope the Jetradar reads this feedback. In the future, I would like to see more decimation get entered here. I would like to see Jetradar have there own miles Rewards to keep clients coming back. This is the future when looking for a good flights, hotels and to discover new destinations that you never thought you would go.

I purchased tickets for A direct fly to Colorado. Screen said $157 after I selected the tickets I ended up paying $177 per so roughly $360 for two. Wife gets a call saying they were limited and that they no longer have those tickets available. They upcharged her an additional $60 so now we at over $400 for tickets that were supposed to be barely over $300. Needless to say I’m done with this app. This purchase was made with the Jetradar app through Smartfare.com
Finally...an app that actually does what it says. What a novelty that is today ?!

You will be tempted at the low price but it’s never the price the website says. You will always get an email saying they couldn’t reserve your flight and to contact them. They will then try and up charge you. I requested a refund and finally got it back a full month later but it was $40 less then what I paid. It’s the worst and customer service gives you the run around. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Buy from a airline even if it cost a little more. This place will ruin your trip and bring lots of unnecessary stress to what’s supposed to be a nice vacation. I’m a cheapo and tried to get my tickets cheap and ignored all the comments and read the fake ones people wrote rating them high. DONT DO IT
