Took advantage of the free question,and it’s been several days without a response. I did get a message about advisors being very busy,and only paying clients get priority(which understanding). I decided to purchase a question because it said I’d get a response within 12hrs,and I’m still waiting after 24hrs

I had a free question answered months ago and I was satisfied. I actually purchased one question for the first time this mont and it seemed in depth and I was satisfied. So, i purchased another for the chance of another astrologer to answer and it was the same astrologer who answered my purchased question who came back with a copy and paste answer from my free question! He literally copied and pasted an unrelated answer I was already given by someone else months ago to answer my new question. Nearly word for word. I am very disappointed. Update: Customer service responded quickly on the matter and gives you a free question. Use at your discretion
Dates are no good.

Do not ask anything that involves a date. I’ve had this app for over a year now and only once was a date that I was given correct. Other than that dates and time frames are almost always wrong or they change completely when you when you ask again. Sandeep is amazing though and I recommend him/her if you wanna know what someone is thinking. I’ve asked questions I already knew the answer too and was blown away when my answer matched what I already knew.
