They'll steal your money

I've been with ChatTime for several years now and made several purchases. I recently had some credits ($18 worth) exspire and never received any kind of notification that it would happen. I messaged customer service to get my credit back and after a series of BS emails this is the snotty little reply I got back. --"I can return you your $17.67, if you are here to stay. For this, please go ahead and purchase $15 ChatTime credits, and I will ensure you get the $15 and also your $17.67" Who in their right mind would want to spend more money on a company that screws their customers?! Bad form guys!
