Not very helpful. I'll be sitting in traffic and will check the website to see why. Rarely is the information current or does it reference major highway situations. Weather is better.

I travel for my job and the road closing are great.Would be nice if it used the gps to show closings where I am actually located. Also could you put an alternative route around the blockage. Would also be. Nice to see an animated radar. Would be a great help in determining the alternate route. I love it so far just needs a little tweaking. Thanks for the app keep me aware of any upgrades Thanks Web
Difficult to navigate

I want to see what is happening quick. When I have been alerted of an accident, I cannot find more information. Even when I open maps, I have to tell it the city is Charlotte! Really?

They post one out of ten wrecks. Waze is far more up to date and accurate.

When I am stuck in traffic, particularly on the interstate, I can rarely find even a mark of congestion on the map. I agree with the reviewer who said alternate routes would be very helpful. Great for in town traffic however.
Alert disappears

If your IPhone is locked when you get an alert your screwed. When you unlock your iPhone the alert just vanishes. Good luck finding it after that.

I mainly use it for a quick glance at traffic on my way to and from work since traffic reports on the radio tend to be spaced too far apart. It does the job just fine. Alternate routes would be helpful especially if you are in an unfamiliar location. For the person that said alerts disappear when you unlock the phone making it difficult to then find them, click on the alerts button. They are right there.

I like it for the traffic updates. Only problem is I get the notification, which is partial, then I click on it and it takes me to the home page where I get lost in the BS that is local news. I want to know more about the thing you notified me about- not the rest of your junk!
