The customer service and how they treated the fact I have proof I bought food from them but wouldn’t redeem my points on orders I paid for is ridicules.

Was supposed to receive a free drink of any size once downloading the app but it never showed up on my account. The workers argued with me when I showed them the app and the email I got when I downloaded the app just minutes before while standing in line to order. I finally got the drink but it still never showed in the app.

While trying to place an order it wouldn’t work for me. So the convenience of paying over the app is obsolete

I hate it. Can’t customize right. Can pay in store or use coupons. Can’t specify pick up time in less than 15 minute increments. Very clunky. Online ordering stinks too. Give me back the old business card to collect stamps!
