Not good for the North East

Vents53

PlugShare is definitely better for NY/DC area. A handful of stations are missing and there is little info on pricing or status.

Crashes on my iOS 9 iPod!

0 stars if I could set that! Old version was fine. This one falsely claimed to be compatible with my iPod. Please fix this for us older iPod users. We can't update to a newer version of iOS.

Engaged developer working to connect ev community

Austin Reviewer

The app has good bones and UI but has some bugs that the developer has been fixing in a decent lead time. This app helps connect you to private chargers at peoples homes if you are not near public chargers which helps until the chargers scale out.

Great app; needs Apple Play Integration

amp5208

This app is a wonderful way to find chargers and learn about the customs of EV use. However, it could definitely benefit from the following features: - Apple Play / Android Play integration - Integrates multi-network RFID charging capabilities, so that users don’t have to pay with multiple apps/cards - 50% range warnings based on battery size and vehicle location away from home This app has a lot of potential here. In fact, if the app code was open sourced, many of us could contribute those components to the app ourselves.

Shows more stations than other apps

Spiedra

I’ve downloaded seven different charge station located apps and this one is by far the most thorough. The other apps only show a select few even with filters turned off. I’m keeping this one.

Beautiful UI, but missing stations

m.t.majeski

I’ll start with the good - this app is beautiful and looks like an app Apple would make for EV owners. Unfortunately it just doesn’t have as many charging stations as other apps like PlugShare.

Finally

Most comprehensive app for EV users yet. Combines all networks into one easy to use interface. Still some bugs(crashed a couple of times on me), but highly recommended.

Essential app

TaoTC

Keeps updated list of local charging stations. Invaluable!

Smart EV

The app will not stay open for more than three seconds. iPhone 7 Plus here.

Pretty handy

I do like that it shows all chargers not just the ones of a certain company. The notifications about new chargers just seems to be broken. I will say that it has 12 new ones, but when I go in the app there are zero. Also not sure how the sharing of my charger works. Not explained well.
