This app is great! It allows me to congratulate my team before they even tell anyone they've sold something! I call it my stalker app! The only thing that bugs me is the logging out of Salesforce and I don't get automatic updates. I have to go into the app. I do love it though!

I enabled Champ to ping my mobile whenever we close a deal. This, along with out sales emails have increased employee engagement around celebrating deals. More money = more morale!
