It’s a great meditation! There more I listen to it, the more I connect with my self and intention.

This app helps me fall asleep and clears my head; I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that is an overthinker especially right when they are trying to go to bed. I also feel like it has changed my life in a way I wake up refreshed and ready for the day.

I purchased approximately 10 of your hypnosis choices. Suddenly they were all gone. No way to sign it to get them back. Sent emails to get support, no-one ever replied.

Helpful Sleep Aid

This app has been the most helpful app for me as far as getting to sleep is concerned. It is helpful if you believe in the Chakras as a Eastern religious or medical concept. However, even if you do not, the gentle narration and the progressive relaxation of your body can be a great sleep aid.
