Great online bike shop

I still like to support my local bike shop! Never the less, this online store has SUPER DEALS! I love their return policy, it is spectacular and very easy. Their ap is very well thought out and easy to use. I love the categories and the different filters you can use to sort their products and different things you are searching throughout them to buy.
SLOW, NON INTUITIVE NAVIGATION

The App renders slow more like a web app than a true native app. Icon at the bottom of page are non intuitive. The shopping cart looks like an ink well ? Faster going onto the website, which seems to be the intention here. 2 stars for easy access to your account for saving to wishlist and checking out.

I have used Chain reaction for many years and they are the best. They offer a great selection of products and they stand behind them. About 3 years ago I returned a defective dropper seat post, and Chain Reaction replaced it, and I have had no problems with the replacement.

There is no back button. If you hit the back button you go all the way back to the home page which can be very frustrating. But overall it’s a good app and easy to navigate.
Great except the Back button

When searching, the Back button goes back to the very beginning each time rather than the previous page. Fix this and you have a great app! Previous bike I bought shipped to the US with import duties paid! Hope this happens with the next bike I purchase!
