Certification Minder works great for EMT's, Firefighters, Nurses, or anyone with a certification that will expire.
Prior to the 1.3.1 update, some users had perceived issues with settings images. This was due to some users not knowing they needed to touch the screen to crop their image. This was addressed in the latest update, with "Touch To Crop" added in the necessary area.

Update 5-1-12: no issues since I got everything in (process to get it in right described below). Wish you could customize the app to display the certs in order of closest to etc from top down on the list view. Pretty nice app lots of bugs. Have to go in and out of each cert and sometimes app several times to get to each one to save correctly (best way I've found is to name cert and save, then edit to add pic first and save, then exp dates etc). Use camera option not from camera roll. Sometimes will display pic of one of your other already saved certs or a tiny pic just redo it. I like being able to create custom fields and name each cert as I have multiple certain in different states. Wish there was an option to add email address for email reminders for myself and supervisors (where app would email automatically) as well as displaying exp dates next to names of certain in list view. Also crop feature could be resizable and final pic looks slightly fuzzy. Like the concept but fix the bugs and add email reminders and would be 5+ stars!!! I'll prob keep for now.

Many bugs. Crashes a lot when you try to delete fields that are not used. Like other reviewer stated, sometimes saves the photo and sometimes it doesn't. Works best if picture is taken and not from Camera roll. I hope these small changes can be fixed. It would be a great app it small issues solved. I will use until something better comes out or issues fixed.
Issues with Loading Pictures

Loading pictures from both camera roll and taking the picture causes the information that was already typed in to be lost. Needs a lot of work.

Awesome idea, poor follow through! Can't see picture of license once put in. Always says you are about to expire... Needs work.

The picture quality of your cards that you post are not very good at all. Blurry. I think you should also be able to change EVERY field, not just one when you enter info. Otherwise, this app is very helpful and I love it!

I really find this app helpful for keeping all of my important certifications in one place, especially since they all expire at different times. The one thing I would like to see change is the notification system. I get a push reminder whenever I set each certification individually, and I see the number icon on the side of the app, but once I open the app- I cannot easily find which certification it was that is due to expire. Can you make it so that the notification carries over to the title list in app as well? Other than that- I love this app.
