Can’t even log in

Love love love working with this bank and have really great service every time I go to the actual bank, but this app doesn’t work. It was totally fine before the big update where they changed the look to that awful orange. Since that update, I can’t even log in. It gets stuck on the loading page and never goes anywhere and it’s so frustrating. I never had any problems before then. (Also bring back the yellow!! So cute and really set you guys apart.. so tired of seeing orange everywhere. It’s old)
Never works - deleting

I have an iPhone X now and this app hasn’t worked for months. It didn't work with my iPhone 7 either. With all the time and money spent rebranding, you’d think they’d invest in something that every other financial institution has. Very disappointing...
Logging in

Ever since the update to orange the app will never log on for me. It stays on the loading screen and says there’s a network error. I usually have to delete the app and reinstall and it will work a couple times before having to repeat the process.

I have to take the app off my phone every week and reinstall to get it to work! Never had this problem before the last update.

Ever since the switch of logos and update, every 15 or so Login’s I have to delete and re-download the app or it won’t sign me in. Just gives a loading sign until server timesout. Very frustrating.

Works for two days then won’t work for the rest of the week. Been like this for a month!!! Would think it would be resolved already!!!! Worst bank app!!!

Great, except since the update

The update wiped all my log in info and since then I keep locking my account with supposedly incorrect info. But before that, I loved it. I love love love the fact that the app was saving enough data so I could check my balance just by starting up the app, and thankful that I had to re-enter my password to do any transfers. I hope that's the same after the update. Thanks for making this app!
