I have to do an assessment after taking the test.

The app does a great job of drilling into your head the questions and answers exactly the way they appear on the test. I just wish they could develop an app for the pre trip inspection!

Only issue I have found to be concerning was that most units were in metric and on the actual test they are in standard. If they could change them to both standard and metric that would easily make this 5 Star.

Overall it's a good CDL prep app. But we warned. There are some questions that ARE wrong. This app made me miss 2 questions due to it giving me the wrong answers. I still passed and got my CDL. But I specifically remember knowing 2 were wrong but went with the apps answer just to be safe. And I missed them. So do not trust this to teach you. Only to study. Besides that it's a great app and did help me remember a bunch of questions before each section.

Great refresher tool or intro for the first-time driver. Source material covers a wide scope of subject with respectable depth. Customizable settings allow you to see correct answers after choosing the wrong answer, see explanation for each correct answer, and keep incorrect answers in the cue until they have been answered correctly before continuing to the next level. (Timed answers are also an option). These settings are optional, but assist greatly in absorption of the materials. A suggested improvement: the ability to select geographic areas of operation to hone in on “State Specific” laws as not all users would be long haul drivers across multiple states. For long haul drivers, additional consideration for border crossings into Canada or Mexico would be a nice touch as well.
