Easy to manage

Easy to check your bank account balance and previous transactions, much more comfortable with checking the app than waiting for my statement to be emailed to me to see if there’s any weird activity lol. Also very easy to do transfers on the app, I mainly use it for moving money from my checking to savings and it works really well.

The new layout is awful. Why did you take away the separation of days? It’s so much harder to read with the new font. The old layout was so much better..

The formatting is terrible. I can’t tell what date transactions were made on anymore. Fix this.

I have an account at one of the national banks as well and their app is not as good as the CCU app. Credit Union data is always updated in real time. I see my balance change immediately. Plus, I can do just about anything I need to do right in the same app. Keep up the good work CCU.

App is simple and easy, never a single issue to report. They always let you know days when the branches will be closed for holidays, etc. in the header. Design is simple and on brand. If you can’t figure it out it’s probably you, not the app.
