App doesn't open consistently

Love the app when it works but it usually just opens to the splash screen freezes and then closes the app. I can get it open maybe once out of ten tries. Y'all need to invest in a stable app so we can use it on tablets consistently.

Finally, we get offline support. But this app crashes and freezes often. Totally useless. Please give us the old version back. And maybe use this as a case study for a future nugget on software QA.

Happy to see offline viewing, now I can watch during flights and at the gym without blowing through my monthly data cap. I would love speed control on the offline, even if I had to choose that version for offline (and be stuck with that speed).

I like the fact that you can download videos for offline use; great for use on planes. App is still a little buggy. I had to delete it and re-download since it was killing my storage, even after I removed all offline videos.

Playlists created with a desktop web browser definitely need to be carried over to the mobile app. Video's are easy to play, and the offline feature is really awesome also.

I cannot change any settings (i.e., to "Offline" mode). Support was not very helpful. All I got was "delete it and re-install it." I still have the same problem.

This latest version does not allow me to view content. I have an active subscription and can view titles but when I click on them it goes nowhere.
