This game is a good port of the original Cataclysm for PC. Just needs a button to open the keyboard, because I keep getting a Issue where the keyboard won’t open when I swipe up. Other than that. I mostly made the review to say that. Other than that, deep game, amazing amount of things you can do.

When this showed up in the AppStore, I checked it out, and immediately downloaded it. I played it for about 2 minutes before purchasing the sound pack. If I could, I'd buy it a few more times to support the devs of the game. I've barely started, and it's already won my heart. It takes me back to the days of MUDs, but mixed with top-down, grid-based graphics. I can't wait to get back to playing and see how it all unfolds. Thanks for a great, free game, and an aptly named truly "awesome" sound pack!

This game is great I’ve been playing nonstop the past week or 2 and it’s basically everything I’ve ever wanted in a game but what’s killing the fun is after awhile I started noticing the game crashes or just breaks for several different actions/ random encounters. These crashes weren’t an issue when I first began playing but now I can’t go 10 mins without the game crashing cause I wanted to fire a weapon. I found a fix but it’s not exactly a satisfactory, you’d have to start a new character to avoid these bugs that plagues your previous character. Now I just wanted to say i know it’s a long shot from here but I’d really like an update for the game, i know it’s been around 3 years since they last updated it so it’s likely an abandoned project but if y’all are still sticking around y’all could give us this last update that fixes several bugs I’m sure have already fixed in the web version of the game it’d be awesome. Despite the bugs, I do still enjoy the game, I’ve even recommended it to a few of my friends just have to work on these issues and the experience would be 200x better.

If you like dwarf fortress, you’ll enjoy this. Think DF adventurer mode. You set parameters for your world including monster spawn rates, loot rates, nods, etc. then you creat your character, there’s a multitude of scenarios for added challenge, professions for different skills (from survivor to bionic soldier to used car salesman to clown to firefighter and more), give them traits and flaws, adjust your stats, and add points to your skills. You then spawn in the scenario of your choice and the world is your oyster. The game has an in-depth and “practical” crafting system, health system, equipment/clothing layering, vehicles, and more. Combat is relatively simple and I wish that you could be more strategic such as targeting specific areas. The game is still in development so it’s not without its flaws. Unfortunately, it seems like the iOS version has not been in updated for years, it’s not a supported version by the creator. If you enjoy this, check out the pc/Mac version. It’s got more features and bug fixes than the iOS version. I’ve spent weeks playing this game, it’s very punishing but risk doesn’t come without reward.

This game is great, it will always be in and in itself, great. The mechanics are amazing, the fighting system is perfect, the settings are highly customizable, and there’s a large variety of situations or circumstances you can put yourself in at the start or late game. The trouble is, I’ve seen the updated PC version and it looks like a pretty good update considering we’ve been without on for 3 years. The 3D part of it is a little unnerving and is a little weird but the updates for PC look a helluva lot of good spice of life and gameplay advancements. Now I know it’s an open source game so it will need to be maintained, but this is one of THE best mobile games out there; and if you’d show us some love, it could probably put you on the home page of the AppStore as well as make all your supporters happy.

Fix for the XR... Seriously

There are several reviews that show that this game will not work on the iPhone XR since the game erroneously sees the screen resolution as being too small according to the error that is in Russian when one attempts to run this game on a XR. Perhaps you could update this instead of completely ignoring the problem. After all, if I could PLAY THE GAME I might be enticed into PURCHASING SOMETHING FROM YOU with MONEY. Спасибо.
