I bought this game for my son and it worked for a little while, but when I came back on to play after a couple of months of not playing it...it no longer works! I was told I needed to update it but no update was out for it. So now an update is out so iPhone X users can play too,I updated and still the game won’t play!! Can somebody help. Me pleasssse help me with this issue?

For months, this game has been broken. The opening begins but when you “Tap to start”, it closes the app. This is the most expensive app I have and it doesn’t work.

Fix the controls on this game. Not responsive enough to make Mickey do anything!!! Yea he jumps, but can’t get anywhere. Got this for my grandkids. Refund my money!!

Update for iPhone X still doesn’t work

I just installed the “update” that claims it works with iPhone X. It doesn’t - still crashes on the same screen which states “tap to start”. Very disappointing, since this wasn’t a free app.

It is a fun game but sometimes the controls won’t work when you need them so it can get really frustrating but besides that I have a lot of fun

This game has not worked since before iOS 11. After the title screen, you tap to start, and game crashes every time. It did it on my iPhone 7 Plus, and now it still does it on my iPhone 10S Max. Please fix this!! I always loved this game and would be great to play on the bigger screen now. Also, controller support would be great too.

We bought this for a trip to Disney, and we loved it! It is very high quality animation. I recommend this game for ages 9-12 PS the only bad thing, I was disappointed when you could not play Minnie once you rescued her! Please add that so that we can play her. PLEASE MINNIE!!!!! Pleeeeeeeeeeeeease!

This is a great game and all but I can’t even get passed the forest part. Why? Because it will just glitch and put me down to the bottom and then make me restart like a million times!?????I would really appreciate it if you could make the glitches go away.(and just incase you’re wondering it is not the iPad I’m using.) thx!
