Played game and loved it. Did promos for downloading and playing other apps with a promise of free crystals. Nothing! Wrote to support for help and still did nothing

I bought on the first Castle Defense. I bought 3000 gems for $2.99 and it keeps getting stuck on the loading screen. I've closed and reopened the app multiple times and still gets stuck. I've emailed the developer, got one response and after I sent photos of the payment, never got a reply. Smh thieves!
