Hi. I know I’m late reviewing this game, but I feel the need to write down my recent concerns concerning in-game progress. Not that it is much of an issue, but I find myself often saying ‘wait, I thought I just gained 6 gold’ or ‘what happened to that extra 5k?’ Over multiple occasions I have lost resources and coins shortly after receiving them, but I cannot find a reason why. Examples of this are: 1) shortly after receiving bonus coins from an ad, I returned and the game acted as though I never received it, reducing my coins to its original value. 2) As a daily quest reward I was given 3 extra gold (nuggets) which later disappeared for no apparent reason. I assume this happened after leaving the game and coming back, but I am unsure. 3) After trading most of my resources for silk, I never even received the silk itself, even after losing the resources required. I am unsure when I realized that I was missing this resource, but my best guess is that it was after coming back to the game later. Please see to this issue or at least acknowledge it, as I find it a concern and an irritation to have to lose progress, even if it does not make a large difference.

I LOVE THIS GAME❤️?????❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️?????????Btw my fave cat is Halley she is so powerful and cute I may only be 10 but this game is my favorite on my entire phone even more than Traffic run,Animal Jam this is my FAVORITE I have no suggestions cause this game is perfect it’s fun simple easy and ADORABLE I love cats a lot so I was like I’m so gonna like this game and I do but when I saw it was a hero Gacha I was thinking maybe I won’t but that thought was so WRONG I adore ? this game so much and I love that u can make a guild leader I have 2 friends and there BOTH additional people to this game we usually compare how cute are leaders are I love this game thank u so much to the creators for changing my life basically!!

So fun! The daily rewards are extremely lucrative and the cats are all SO adorable! I love this game-it’s easy, fun, and perfect for any lover of cats.

This game is super cute, and addicting. I’ve been playing the game ever since it was new, and I never got bored of it. There are so many goals you can make for yourself like get all of the cats or get an outfit item for your guild leader. But, I have a few suggestions that I and my sister thought of: 1: The Guild Leader should be more included in the stories. I realized that Conan is more of the Guild Leader than ourselves. The gang (Conan, Catniss, and Francis) are the ones defeating the Pugomancer. Yes, it’s cute that they are, but I’m just suggesting, maybe the cats could maybe look at the screen to think that we’re in the Guild Leader’s perspective? Maybe even add in choices that effect the game? I don’t know, that’s your choice. 2: The Guild should grow bigger. The Guild is very small, and I think It’d be great if as you level the Guild up, the Guild would grow. Other than this, the game is amazing! I totally recommend this game, even if probably no one’s gonna read this. You don’t have to do these things, these are optional, but I really suggest it. Thank you!

I love this game it’s so cute! I only wish that when fighting in battles that you were actually battling the other characters from the story instead of just henchmen all the time. Other than that personal knit picking, I really do love this game!

Updated 7-5-19 There was a “tiny” bit of improvement two days ago, and then it went south. Still incredibly laggy, and it has nothing to do with the ads. I still keep trying, even with over a month’s loss of trying to enjoy the current event and get the last two cats from it. The game freezes on entering the playing field and won’t budge unless I force the app to close, which still takes a few minutes, and it still locks up my phone for a few minutes to close it. Even collecting resources is a bust, much less completing or starting quests. I feel like I’m lucky to be able to collect the daily bonus and keep my streak for those rewards. Is there going to be a real fix? Updated response 6-28-19 I am on the latest update (12.3.1) for iOS. The game is still laggy. The ads are completely unavailable in airplane mode, so again - that’s not a proper solution to actually playing the game and getting bonuses and such for achievements and specials cats, especially during events. And when not in airplane mode, the ads are still a problem in creating incredible lag or stopping and crashing (like the Simon’s Cat game ad, which is what I experienced when trying it out after your response), which affects the whole phone and still takes my phone a minute or two to catch up so I can close the app. Original review: It’s now been about two weeks since iPhones have been having issues with the game lagging so hard it locks up the entire phone for a few minutes. Now? Open, and crash. You might get to touch play, and then it crashes. According to Twitter, they know about the issue, but it doesn’t seem like anything is being done. Their solution is playing on airplane mode. Which means you’re not really playing at all because you can’t get the bonuses, can’t get the dailies, can’t get double loot, forget about achieving anything in an event. Airplane mode is not a solution. Yes, it’s just a game. But it’s a cute game, and I enjoy it. Or at least I did until these issues. If this gets fixed, I’d be happy to submit a better review.

It’s a really great game but I have a lot of trouble with the ads, sometimes it won’t open the ads but other times the screen just goes black after and I have to quit the game. If the game would work better this would be such a better game.
