It only pays credits and they forget that it only pays credits that can only be used to play more of the same. But it cost us money to get the credits. And the bonuses never pay nearly as much as you’ve been betting.

These people will never care or respond. Then I’m reading all these other reviews and I can’t help but notice they respond with the same old BS generic response. They NEVER respond or try to fix their issues. It must be a common excuse product madness makes their employees say. However, I have the ultimate issue right now that you all won’t believe. They took away my vip status claiming I’m not playing enough to keep my status yet I have never stopped playing or spending large sums of money. I desperately need tech support to fix a problem. That’s actually causing this and they still refuse to respond or help me. They do not care about any of us, it amuses me when they suggest to contact support!!! Really? What good will that do when you NEVER respond to tickets anyway. This app is a joke and could care less about bad reviews or complaints. I’m going over their heads if they continue ignoring me and treating me so bad, DISGUSTING GREEDY PEOPLE. WHAT A JOKE.

You can’t win anything ever. Your bonus is always low and when you play the game it doesn’t hit once. Wish I had more money to actually enjoy the game!

When I found this Casino, I was so excited. It started out pretty good. However, shortly thereafter, the excitement went away. My favorite games, which I play at the real casinos, don’t hit anywhere near as much as the real game. This is fine, if all we do is play with free credits. But, when we pay quite a bit of money, for a small amount of credits...it’s frustrating. To top it off, the daily bonuses are nothing, in comparison to the other sites I play at. I do come back, only because it’s the only place I can find my African Dusk game, which I actually do well with, at real casinos. Please do something about raising our bonuses, and make the slots a bit looser.
