App freezes a lot

Every time I’m playing a quiz in this game, the app freezes. Also, I keep getting the answers wrong when i play this. I have to say, I do not like this game at all. This needs to be fixed soon because it keeps freezing and I hate it.

When the app actually works it’s fun, but unfortunately that’s rare. It freezes up about 90 percent of the time.

The second you try to redeem your coins it freezes up essentially forcing you to close out of the app
Where is the PayPal payout

The picture shows a PayPal option yet there is no option for PayPal in the pay only amazon air bnb and others but no PayPal I can’t even click and of the payout options the app completely freezes and I have to shut it down only does this on the rewards screen ??? Seems strange
