I love this game but every time I try to login to my account the screen froze up. I had to exit the app.

Just downloaded and I want my .99¢ back! An okay game but when you try and log into your webkinz account to receive the money it glitches out and doesn't log you in.. A waste of time.
SYNCING ISSUES

After playing I attempted to log in so I could sync my cash, but it would freeze up. It would never sync the Kinzcash earned from Where's Wacky, Cash Cow or Goober's apps to my account. Wonder if anyone else had this issue and how did you solve it?

It's a great game, one of my favourites on Webkinz, and it works great! But it's not letting me log in. I'll put in my username and password, and then I'll press 'log in', then the whole app freezes on me, and I have to go out of the app and back in. I might be the only one with this problem, but once that problem is fixed, I'll give this 5 stars.

I love this game! I always played it on Webkinz.com, I want to sync up the Linz cash but when I click log in after typing the CORRECT info, it will freeze the app... I still like it though! Just wish it would sync
No longer transfers kins cash

Really enjoyed this app, great way to help my kid by earning kins cash for her. However a few months ago it stopped linking to her account. "Unable to connect to Webkins please try again later". This needs to be fixed!

I am very upset! I paid for this app for me and my 3 kids to play and it won't even let me log in to the webkinz account to collect the points we have earned. I tried contacting the developers for help but the support link and their website link don't work. I want this fixed ASAP or give me my money back! If you are going to make people pay money for an app then you need to make sure it works or give support to fix the issues! This is ridiculous! These people pretty much stole my money because their product isn't doing as advertised! I definitely do NOT recommend anyone else buying this app until the developers do something to fix these issues and allow customers to contact them for support! Me and my 3 kids are very unhappy with this company! :(

The fe is really enjoyable and I have racked up a lot of coinage but it won't let me log in to me active Webkinz account
