Lousy Costumer Service

APP does not show order is confirmed. (It was in my email). Tried calling Store & they said they did not have it. Found in email. Picked up & accused of being rude for calling to check.

I love that you can customize your pizza down to the smallest detail. Definitely let them send you coupons, great deals. Only fault is I have to sign in every time, and if you want to start over you also have to resign in.

Occasionally, I can get this app to work on my iPhone 7, however nine out of 10 times I get the above-mentioned error message. Three uninstall and reinstall‘s later, Same results. Done with it
Not ready for beta.....

Processes CC but doesn’t forward order to store for delivery now. Not sure why a company this size is openly using Open Edge for processing, but certain this change won’t last. Love your pizza, but every 4th time I order through the app you’ve found a new way to screw it up. Spend some cash on a real developer and stop using interns!!!

This app is terrible!! You have to login each time you use the app as it will not keep you logged in + there is no Touch ID either. As another review stated, if you go out of the ordering screen to look at the menu of deals and such, it logs you out and you have to sign back in and start all over. Grr! Very frustrating! Not to mention you cannot pay online and if you “apply” a coupon you will not get the coupons discount price unless you remember to show them the coupon or print it out. Other than looking at the deals and the menu this app is worthless.

The app is straight forward. Alil annoying with the msg# that won’t go away. Haven’t ordered anything yet to see how that goes .

It’s nice to be able to order online and stop by the store and have it ready. It’d be nice if the stores got some kind of notification when an order is placed for pickup. One store was not even started, a different location was ready when I arrived.
